Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise, all our products carry full manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranty certificate is included with each product. Manufacturer's warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts and /or products, as set forth by manufacturer's conditions. For a list of service centers please consult the manual enclosed with your product or check the manufacturer's website.

We accept returns for items within the first 7 days of you having received your merchandise. You may return it for a merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received, with all original packaging cartons (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories.

All Shipping cost back to Executive Appliance is the customer responsibility.

All returns are subject to our inspection and final approval before credit will be issued. Customers that wish to return a product for refund, credit or exchange are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to returning the products. Exchanges

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) will be emailed to you within 72 hours of the request or you will be contacted by a customer service representative within this time frame.

Refunds & Credits

In the event you are returning a product for Refund or Credit, please email us at Info@ExecutiveAppliance.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Once you obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #), please pack the product being returned in the original packaging that you received and send it back by following the instructions given to you along with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). The cost of shipping a returned product for refund or credit is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Executive Appliance cannot and will not be responsible for the costs associated with shipping, packaging or handling the product for refund or credit. All returns are subject to careful examination prior to receiving an exchange, refund or credit. Products found to be abused or mishandled will not be issued a refund or credit and the consumer will be notified after such determination. Executive Appliance will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage ,used or visible wear and tear to the unit.

In all instances, Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT Refundable.

Air Conditioning Products will not be eligible for refund or credit and will only be offered for exchange or repair.

Delivery Policy

At the time of delivery, an adult is required to sign and accept the delivery.All deliveries are fully insured from the day it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your specified location.You must inspect all product(s), check the unit for damage on both the interior and exterior of the carton prior to signing for the delivery.For large products delivered by truck, delivery insurance solely covers damages to merchandise noticed during unboxing and inspection and noted on the freight carrier's bill of lading. Neither Executive Appliance, nor the shipper, shall be held liable for any damages that have not been properly noted and reported-- so make sure you check the item before you sign.All damages must be noted on the shipping company's Bill Of Lading and you must refuse delivery for damaged product(s) only, not the entire order.For UPS or Fedex deliveries, you have 24 hours to report any damages.It is required that you take photos of any damage that you notice as proof.For indoor deliveries, you must make sure your walls and floors are covered. Neither Executive Appliance nor the shipping company will be held responsible for damages to your personal property.Our customer service department must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for all damages

Order Cancellation

Policy You may cancel an order at any time prior to it shipping out."Special Order" (Ranges, Custom Color) or "Final Sale" products may not be cancelled at any time.If you cancel you will forfeit your deposit or money paid, return or exchange any part of your order, you will forfeit your package discount and you will be credited less than the amount of the total discount. Product Image and Specifications Policy The product images on this site are there to give you an idea of how the product looks. You cannot rely solely on the image when placing an order.Some images may be there to show a product's features, design, handle style, finish etc.Sometimes, the manufacturer does not provide an image for the item, but will provide a similar image or a different color to give you an idea of what the product looks like.You must carefully read the specifications or ask one of our sales associates for any information that you are unclear about-- we're here to help you! Sales Tax:

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside New Jersey.
Orders shipped within N.J are subject to 7.00% state sales tax.

Canceling or Changing Your Order

An order may be changed or voided only if it has not been shipped. If you cancel an order after it has shipped or request an return, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs plus be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. All Shipping cost back to Executive Appliance is the customer responsibility.

Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Executive Appliance as "Refused" or "Undeliverable" (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Executive Appliance. You will not be refunded the "to you" & "back to Executive Appliance " actual shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Debit, Credit Card Payment
We accept credit and debit cards as payment, please be aware that an authorization will be placed against the funds in your account for the full amount of your order.
If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will not bill your debit card. However, each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from within 24 hours to 7 days later.

We do our best to ensure our pricing and stock status information is up-to-date and accurate. Executive Appliance will not be held liable for any typographical, stock status information, or prices listed in error.


Signature Required at Delivery

Products require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to these manufacturers.


Scheduled delivery: Appliances Over 150lbs with ship via a freight company. The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an approximate 4-hour period. Please include a daytime and second phone numbers in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.

Inspection: It is your responsibility to inspect packaging before delivery agent's departure. If the packaging appears to be damaged in any way, please inspect the merchandise and note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. Do not sign the delivery receipt without first inspecting the packaging.

Backordered Items

Items marked "In Stock" generally ship within 2-3 business days or as noted. Other items have the lead times clearly noted in their product options and prices section. You will have the option of canceling your order for a full refund if your item is on backorder. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated shipping date if you're item is backordered.
